Aliza Avital-Caplan began her real estate career in 2001 with Debrah Lee Charatan Realty, and quickly fell in love with real estate. She joined Eastern Consolidated in 2003 for a highly successful nine years, until October 2012. Both companies Aliza worked for were run by powerful women.

Aliza worked in two large female-run firms, Debrah Lee Charatan Real Estate and Eastern Consolidated, prior to founding her own firm, Emerald Equities NYC LLC. Aliza quickly rose to prominence as a real estate broker with a reputation for forthrightness, honesty, and integrity. She has always received excellent recommendations. Aliza has sold over Two Billion Dollars of real estate assets. Aliza works with large Funds, REITs, and substantial private families. Acting for both buyer and seller, Aliza sold a 690 million dollars package of 24 buildings to Blackstone.
